Where has my Animation Pallete Menu gone?!!

I hope you can help. I'm a newbie at ImageReady, but I've obviously pressed a button I shouldn't. I now need to click window - animation so I can see my saved animated gif files. However the triangle in the upper right corner is missing and if I click anywhere else, it disappears again! What have I done? Can anybody help me get it back?!!
