Where has HP moved the "Public Software Development Kit" documents to?

For a number of years, various 'public' documents (on PCL5, PCL6, printer MIBs, etc.) have been available via the 'developer' web site:

by selecting the "Public Software Development Kits" option, then the "LaserJet and Digital Sender" kit area.

But the above URL now just appears to redirect to the main hp.com web site.

Does anyone know if the kit areas are still (publically) available? ... and, if so, where?

I've managed to answer my own question (for now, anyway).

From the page landed on via the original link:

choose the ">>" button next to the "Resources" drop down-box (defaulted to "Partners and Developers").

This takes you to another page, on which there is a link:
"Learn about the HP printing and digital imaging partner program".

Click this, and you are sent to the page:

http:/spp.austin.hp.com/sppmain/

from where it is possible to select the "Public Software Development Kits" option (then the "LaserJet and Digital Sender" kit area).

Unfortunately, whilst the 'new' site appears to provide access to the public kits area, and will display a list of the available documents, any attempt to access any of these documents results in an 'Application Error'.
