Where exactly can I store parameters in URL in web reporting

Hello,

This may be stupid...
I need to put 2 parameters (user0 and password0) in
the URL with the report, so the user don't need to give
those when running the report. Where exactly can I store/
give those parameters (so that they come automaticly in the URL after the report name),somewhere in IIS, Crystal WebServer, inside the report designer ???

We have Crystal Enterprize 8 and IIS 4.
