where does the my.ini file

hi all....

i have just installed php4 on windows 2000 and i am have a few problems .... look at tread titled "New to php getting CGI error" .... I think it my be because i have the my.ini file in the wrong directory ... it is currently in winnt/system32

the file php.ini must be in \winnt dir. Anikin
