Where does Outlook 2007 store white list and black list for junk mail?

I keep backups of user data that I need to restore when ever I find it necessary to do a clean install of Windows and all software and data. Where does Outlook keep the information about messages previously flagged as junk mail? Or is it part pf the outlook.pst file?
