I run Actuate reports through an application called Maximo. When I submit a report to be scheduled
and enter the parameters, Actuate returns a confirmation page
indicating a job number and allows for some expanded details as well
(schedule info on when it will run, next run, etc.; report
filename/version/etc.; output doc...)
What I am looking for is confirmation of the actual email address
entered as well as the text. When (not if) I make a
mistake on keying them in (I had 12 running this morning from 3:40 to
5:50) and somewhere along the way, I glitched 2 email addresses. I can
go into the console and see the parameters I entered to make sure the
report generates correctly, but there does not seem to be a place for
the email info. Otherwise, I have to remove the entire schedule and create it again.
