Where do I put an Excel 2003 Template so it shows in Templates

this is Excel 2003
We made a template to use but I don't know which folder to put it in so it shows when I click "File" menu "New" then the "Task pane" shows up. under "Templates" heading click “On my computer..” I see two tabs. how do I put mine to show up under one of those two tabs?
The is not browse feature to go and find a template either.

For me:
File, Save As and set Save As Type to Template
points to the folder where you need to save it. If you create a new subfolder then this appears as a Tab in the File, New, Templates on my computer screen.
