Where do I find GOOD Help on DTS and ETL using Visual Basic 6.0

I am trying to find information on DTS and ETL processes in Visual Basic 6.0 with sp5. I now how to make DTS packages in SQL 7.0 but how do I exicute them in VB and can they be called from Access 97 vba.
