where do I enter limiting SQL when creating a measure.

I have one very simpole question.
In creating a cube I am bringing out sales for all suppliers. However I just want it to bring out suppliers that are in location 2
I know the SQL will be "select suppliername from suppliers where location = 2"

However I have no idea where to put this SQL in when creating the cube, Im going through the wizard and it just lets me select the measure, Supplier, without allowing me to enter in any limiting SQL. Can you help me please ?
