In progression, enter the order number and click on the yellow trash can icon. In ES, there is a delete button in the lower right hand corner.
Both of these delete the order. There is no cancel process per se where the order stays in the database with a status of cancelled.
If you have moved farther along the process of fulfilling the order - picked, shipped or selected for billing - you may have to take other steps. Please advise if this is the case.
