Where did the question about MSFlexgrid go?

Well, that's odd. Sal21 posted a question about M<SFlexgrid. I put together an answer, came back to post it, and the question has vanished. Seems like odd behaviour

Sometimes when people state the issue clearly, they come up with a solution to their own problem. Happens to me and others all the time.
Maybe Sal21 did the same and deleted the question...

Well, don't think so. Sal21 frequents other forums (as I've previously mentioned), and a very slightly modified version of the MSFlexgrid question (althpugh the slight modification has some significant repercussions that I suspect Sal21 was not aware of ...) has subsequently popped up in one of those. So I think it some sort of downer on tek-tips. Which makes one wonder why the question was posted here at all. Probably an error ...
