I installed Norton and Spysweeper on my cousin's computer to get rid of several viruses and spyware that was on his computer. Well, that worked. Things seem to be running fine and the viruses and spyware seems to be gone but there's one problem...Spysweeper and Norton are gone. Well, not really gone. They still seem to be installed. When I click on one of them it says something to the extent of cannot find c: norton blah blah blah as if the file is actually not where it is located but it is. Also if I run the cd it says the same thing cannot find d: norton blah blah blah. Also on another side note, not everything in the system tray loaded. Just like the bare minimum like network status etc. It was getting late so I didn't get to test any of the other programs to see if they worked. I do know internet explorer works. Anyway, any ideas would be huge. Thanks!
