where did my dhcp server go?

Just built a brand new fresh sbs2000 BUT it's missing the DHCP server - I've tried running setup again, but cant see either where I mised it out or where to put it back in. What am I missing?
Confused of St Albans

I'm at the stage before this I cant even load the DHCP component!
