Where Clause Problem???

Hi,
I am having a weird problem...If i write some conditions in Selection Formula my report dose not bring back data...However if i edit Where clause of my report's SQL statement the report works...Does anyone have idea why that happens....

There's very little chance of getting help without displaying the two selection formulas.
