Where can you download Oracle 9iAS 9.0.3

It looks like the most recent production release of Oracle 9iAS is version 2 - v9.0.2.
I looked on OTN (free registration) and there is one pre-release version of Oracle9iAS 9.0.3 Containers for J2EE Standalone for NT/2000, but that's it.
I know that there are postings about 9.0.4 on the Oracle forums but it's nowhere near production yet. I assume that if you are on Metalink that you have a support contract with Oracle. If you do, it would be worthwhile calling them and raising a TAR about your problem. Connecting with a human "can" sometimes get better results than using the web.
