where can I get this menu feature?

Can anyone tell me where I can get a menu builder for the zooming-menu feature found on this website:

http://www.esm.ucsb.edu/people/

(maybe a Macromedia extension for Dreamweaver or something, or perhaps a script available on HotScripts?)

I think it's a menu that's probably made with dreamweaver.
The menu is called something like: P7 (or PVII)

Just do a right click and see the source. You will find lots of functions with "P7" in the name, i.e.:

function P7_getHW(t,a) { //v2.03 by PVII
But the program generated a lot of code !!!
