Where can I get the tool regdmp from?

Hi everyone.

Does anyone know where I can obtain the regdmp tool from? A search on these forums or google hasn't resulted in much. This Microsoft tool dumps the registry permissions in a format that is compatible with regini.exe.

Some search results suggest that it is part of the resource kit, but it's not.

IIRC, it's part of the Server 2000 resource kit, not the 2003 kit.
