Where can i get TASM and Tlink

I look at many tutorials telling me to download borlands TASM and TLINK, so i can complie and link my ASM programs.

But on their website you have to PAY for them!
I've never seen such an otrocity.

Since the people who wrote these tutorials have them, and it seams loads of random people have them too. Where, if anywhere, can i get them for free?
