Where Can I get hold of SimSun Font

Does anyone know where i can get hold of the Simsun FOnt for a mac?

We have Office 2004 on the MAC and cannot sem to see it. Is it downloadable?

Are asian characters supported in your OS? Check the regional system preferences of the OS and see if those asian characters are optionally installed from the Office installer.

Microsoft had the download as part of an Office update - for Windows. The problem is that you have to download that update onto a PC and the move Simsum.ttf to an OSX machine.

I'd suggest you go to microsoft.com and search Simsun for the download. Download to a PC, move it to an OSX machine and very carefully go through all the characters to make sure they work.

Using OSX 10.3.8 on a G4
