Where can I get a copy of PhotoDeluxe Business Edition 1.0?

I have it on a computer that is still running Windows 98; is there any way to copy it to another computer (running XP)?

Or is there anywhere I can buy a new copy?

A Google search on "PhotoDeluxe" shows it for sale from many sites (you should check for a legitimate copy)

But, alas, no version 1.0 available. It is superior to Photoshop Elements!
