where can i find the text options panel in flash 4

i would like to make an incorporate feed back from using flash. The porpose of this is that users will be sent a personal thank you frame within Falsh

As far as I can remember, you can choose whether the text tool will create dynamic or static text using an option that appears in the side toolbar. There is no TEXT OPTION panel ... that first appeared in Flash 5.
