Where can I find the MSComm Control's properties

As title, I don't know where is it located and it seems to be not the object same as those labels, buttons,...
Also, if this MSCOMM object is created in the program, how do I code it? Thanks.

Press ctrl T. scroll down till you see Microsoft Comm Control 6. Sorry I have never used it to help there.
