Where can I find some decent documentation on using UI components? 2

I find it somewhat inane and an impediment for macromedia to provide components that were made to simplify the process, but fail to provide proper and concise documentation on its usage. Much a like a souped up car, sans the wheels including the steering.

Where can I find some decent documentation on using UI components?
