Where can i find some compression Algorithms?

You're in luck; take a peek at which is the open source version of a compression library originally sold commercially by Turbopower.
Turbopower has since gone out of the add-in market, but elected to open source many of their products as a thank-you to the community. Search Sourceforge for "Turbopower" to see what else is available.

I can also recommend Abbrevia - I've used it in previous projects for file compression when it was being commercially sold.
