where can I find Micros 9700 Documentation Guide for IT admin

I have got a new IT position in a hotel which for some reason still uses Micros EMC 9700. If you are familiar with this system, you would know that it is not at all straightforward to understand and manage. I need to redirect printing from a POS to print in a different kitchen but for what matters, I would like to know what else I can do to administer such an out-of-support system because I think it will still be around for a while here. Can you please share any documentations and how-to's with me that can help make my life a bit easier? that would be a great helping hand for anyone who's in such a place.
