Where can I find Intel NetMerge??? 1

I am trying to install Microsoft Speech Server 2004 R2 and I need Telephony Interface Manager (TIM) software. Intel NetMerge seems to be the best choice but the link is broken on their download page, I have called them twice and they had no idea what I was talking about. Does anyone know where I could find this (or similar) software, it seems to be non existent.

That is the Telephony Interface Manager software? The same one as this:

It seems different. It could just be my ignorance on the subject (this is my first experience with telephony tech) but it seems like different software ("Intel® NetMerge™ Call Processing Software version 6.0" vs. "Intel NetMerge® Call Manager Software version 1.2"). Will this do the job of allowing the telephony card to communicate with Speech Server?
