Where can I find info on Impromptu and Powerplay?

My company is looking at Cognos as a replacement for Oracle Discoverer. I'm trying to find as much info on Impromptu and Powerplay. I found a thread that listed the NASA website as a good 'preview' of Powerplay, which is very helpful. Is there anything similar for Impromptu?

Also, where can I find any info or documentation on how the administration side is set up? And how the cubes themselves are built?

Any and all help is appreciated.
