I want to learn how to program in C language, and I'm wondering if you can help me find useful/helpful resources. I have visited plenty of sites already but I can't understand what they're saying, especially the sample codes. I prefer resources where they teach you every syntax, what it does, what's its format, etc. I'm also a Visual Basic programmer, will that help me learn faster?
