MSDN is your friend. Also, if you use a search engine I recommend Google. I've gotten the best tech result from there. Just remember to add Visual Basic to the end of your searches to make the results more manageable.
Unfortunately, even when you add Visual Basic to your search you're still going to have to weed out tons of Visual Basic .Net stuff to get what you want. I've tried adding -.net to my searches, but this often leaves me with too little in the way of results. Too bad MS couldn't have called it something else.
