Looking at a guest mailbox with Custom 1 Message Waiting Indication Option set to Fillmore_Jail. See image attached.
This was set up by our vendor years ago. I can't find anywhere in Call Pilot Manager where this option is listed or defined. There is no message forwarding rule established or email address indicated.
I'd like to understand what it does (who gets notification and how) so I can duplicate it in our new voicemail system (Cisco Unity Connect). Any ideas?
