Where can I find an external speaker for an Avaya 6408 phoneset?

I have a 6408 set in a small conference room and need to boost speaker volume, as people in the room cannot hear a call on speakerphone. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I might find external speakers to use with that set? If not for the 6400 series set, perhaps the 2400 series.

I am trying to avoid spending large $$ on a polycom solution. Any information on speakers or other volume boosting tips would be greatly appreciated!

We use the 2410 sets in some of our conference rooms, and I notice the speaker is a little bit louder than on the 6400 sets.
