Where can I get the list of what the FBI's test is, and where are the recommendations of the Department of Homeland Security's National Infrastructure Protection Center?

scanalert.com claims there are like 2,500 recommendations....
We thoroughly audit every HACKER SAFE site every day, using over 2,500 different tests. These tests are based on hacker activity information collected every 15 minutes from hundreds of private and government sources worldwide.

Where can I find some of the private and government sources worldwide that update every 15 minutes(besides bugtraq)?

HACKER SAFE® sites are certified daily to pass the FBI's Internet Security Test, and all security recommendations of the Department of Homeland Security's National Infrastructure Protection Center.

Have you tried contacting them?
