Where can I find a good online MetaFrame primer?

I'm basically more of a QA guy. I'm helping out a non-profit that's looking for relatively inexpensive solutions to their low impact database needs. I'm researching whether MetaFrame is a possible solution, but I can't find any decent (basic, layman) descriptions online. Anyone know where I can learn more? (citrix.com doesn't _explain_ things)

My opinion it's a delivery mechanism with some features, sorry if I underestimate. but if you get the Terminal Server right, your less likely to have Citrix problems.

Would I use it to serve out MS-Access - No I'd use MS-SQL. BJJJB
