You are correct, not even OTN has the 8.1.5 beta anymore. Btw, why not try to download 8.1.7 for Win2k/NT instead?

Why are you particular with 8.1.5 for NT, although I'm not into 8.1.7, I heard that this version is more stable?

You cannot download it because it does not exist. Oracle 8i Personal Oracle is version 8.1.6 and runs on win98/nt/win2k. There are two versions - one for win98 and one for NT/win2k - be sure to get the one you need. It is not certified for win95 but sometimes it will run on win95 ok - it is the luck of the draw. If you need to run on win95, then you have to get Personal Oracle 8 - which will NOT run on win98 or win2k. I think there is a separate version for NT for PO8. po8 is version 8.0.4 of oracle. Be careful - the enterprise edition of 8.0.4 had Y2K problems and had to be patched.
