it is in the phone system programming "call forward no answer"

if you want to know where this is you will need to give us the type of system and vmail you are using

I'll assume since you posted this in the CP forum that you're using a Nortel Meridian 1 / CS1000; the prompt on the TN is "RCO"

Your options are 0, 1, and 2. The number of rings is defined in the customer data block, LD 15/21. RDR_DATA is the gate opener.

Just a Call Pilot on a BCM 50

So don't know it it common to Call Pilot or BCM50 or both
 
in element manager go to active dn's
under capabilities for the dn in question
look for call forward
forward it to the dn you get when you do f985
