Every day at approx 4:00PM my attendant receives approximatley 30+ calls. After the attendant answers, he here's a "ding" sound.

The caller ID indicates 514-000-0002. (office is in Montreal).

CS-1000S, 4.5.

What steps can I take to troubleshoot?

You could contact your LEC and ask for them to do a call trace at that time. I know AT&T has a call complaint department, not sure about other carriers. But with AT&T, once you have the harrassing phone number, you would have to first file a police compaint, sounds stupid I know, but that is what they require. Second you file a harrassing report with at&t adding the police report number, they take it over from there. Chances are the calls will stop and you will never hear about it again.

But on the flip side, today you can spoof the caller id you are calling from, so it may be hard to track down. I'd start with your lec and go from there.
