Where are stored cache files

Hi,
Does anyone know if there are yet readable cache files on MSIE/W2K. The same that were stored on a folder "Temporary Internet Files", and if yes, where are they stored ?

Temporary Internet Files are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

Also in menu Tools, Internet Options, General tab, Temporary Files area, parameters, you can change this location.
