Where are Record A Call files stored

does anyone know where I can find a record a call file thats saved in a mailbox? I have a user who's email is through a hosted exchange service that has attachment limits on the mailbox. Im using filezilla to look through the 3300 for messages or record a call files but cant find anything. I suspect they may be going into the ipera3k.dba file since this file is so large. anyone know the answer to this one?

MCD RAC uses the internal voicemail (EMEM) for recording, so they are in the vmail partition. Take a look there. If you can't find it, reply back and I can make a test call and find the full path (I don't have a system setup right now).

Note, that simply ftping the file won't work exactly the same as it isn't in an avi format on the drive, it only gets converted to that when it's emailed. IIRC.
