Existing NT 4.0 Domain added as a child domain to a new 2000 Domain with AD running on 2k server. The NT users are not showing up under AD. I assume that this is because the NT PDC cannot participate in AD. What is the easiest way to resolve this and get my users over to AD?

Thanks.

I am not sure, but i think you can download the active directory service client for ntworkstations from the microsoft site, and this will help. However, I am not sure, I myself am new to Windows 2000 Server and am not an expert.

Hope that helped

The quickest way and the best is to migrate the NT4.o to W2K. There are alot of functionality to the active directory that the child domain will not benefit from because it is not an AD environment.
