Where are my public folders?????

Client computers are not receiving there public folders when they fire up outlook. Other computers in the network are viewing theres fine. I've even log onto the working computers with the non-working user accounts and it works fine, but if I log onto the non-working machines with a working user account it does not work. The problem computers are sending and receiving mail as they should, there just not getting any information created on the exchange server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
