Where are my Actions saved? 1

Hi,

When I create actions in Photoshop (6 or 7), where are they kept? I have just upgraded to 7 and want to transfer my actions over to 7 if I can.

I have looked in the 'photoshop actions' directory but their not there.

Also, I will want to put some up for download when my site up and running.
