I am looking for implementations of functions in standard include files which we use daily, where can I find this?

for example the implementation of malloc() function in stdlib.h , how the compiler execute that ??

Here's the default location for VC++ 6.0, other versions would probably be in a similar place.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0\VC98\CRT\SRC

Of course, that's assuming you chose to install the CRT source files when you installed VC++.
