Where and how to install Remote Agent

Where and how to install Veritas backup exec remote agent?
I am very confused between Veritas Backup Exec remote agent and agent. I have three NT SVR (SVR1,2,3) with 50 WS (win95/98) and only one SVR (SVR1) has tape backup drive, another two SVR no backup device installed. Where do I install remote agent for NT? where do I install the agent? I need to install all 50 ws or select which WS one to back up. If I only install Open file option with remote agent on SVR1, what does it happen??? Solution please...

All NT servers need to have the Remote agent service installed on them. Install them from the Backup Exec server.
Run Backup Exec setup, Install options on remote computers, remote agent (make sure the serial key is entered) select remote server.

The workstations to not require activation keys.
