Hello anyone that can help. I have a situation that occurs every time my Windows2000 server is rebooted. When the server re-starts, all of the redo logs for every oracle instance / database are gone. Does anyone know what could cause the redo logs to be deleted or disappear when a server reboots? Thanks for any help.

That is bizarre...I've never heard of such a thing. This sounds like the perfect incident to log as a Technical Assistance Request (TAR) with Oracle Tech Support.

Once they help you isolate the problem, please post your findings and the resolution here.
