When will the KETES824E and KXTDA15 Released in Australia??

as far as i've been told, we'll never see a tda15. tes has been delivered to telstra labs for network approval and compliance but may go no further. last i heard, tech support had asked for a pre release box for testing and got refused, which doesn't look good.....
