I've just acquired ownership of a database, which is believed to be unused since its creation a few days ago.

Is there any way that I can determine whether or not anyone has logged in since its creation, and/or what they did whilst logged in?

hi

you could create a trigger and query it daily
CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER audit_logon after logon on database
begin

INSERT INTO custom.last_login
( username, last_logon_date )
VALUES
( user, sysdate );

end;
/

you could also check the listener log for connection requests
