Hello

I am new and rookie but i manage to setup avaya SBCE and make SIP calls from it to service provider but here is a problem. When i diel a number then the phone 16xx/96xx will display to me sgc_c@10.0.0(the ip address of the interface and when i trace the station then it shows that is the ACK message) but not the dield number. The problem is that i want the phones to display to the user the dield number, not the interface where the call goes in.

The setup is SBCE 7.0-> SM 6.3-> CM 6.3-> Phone

Can i use SigMa for this problem? like i understand then the SBCE SigMa is a powerful tool.

Sorry for bad english.

Here is the script that will fix the problem

within session "ALL"
{
act on response where %DIRECTION="INBOUND" and %ENTRY_POINT="PRE_ROUTING"
{
%HEADERS["Contact"][1].URI.USER = %HEADERS["To"][1].URI.USER;
}
}
