When trying to publish a new websit

When trying to publish a new website using FP 2000 I get the following error message. It suggests contacting my ISP but, of course, they said I would have to contact Microsoft which is no help to me!

This is the message I get:

Forbidden You don't have permission to access /_vti_bin/shtml.exe/_vti_rpc on this server.

Anyone have any ideas???

Perhaps you don't have the permission directly;try with ftp programm

Contact your hosting company, send them the message. They might need to re-install your FP extensions.

If you FTP into your site, your can ruin your FP extensions & if you have any FP components, they won't work

That was the problem. Once the FP extensions were reinstalled I was able to successfully publish.
