When trying to printing an e-mail not all the letters show up

Frist time that i have seen this problem.
say you get a letter from bob it reades like this

bill needs a new name badge. Becky was wondering if you could make her one, since it will be a while before we will be over there. Please let me know. Thanks.

Also I called Dawn. My computer is still acting up. It worked fairly well on Friday. Not so good on Monday and this morning it was back to its normal self. Just wanted to let both of you know.

this with a 6.0 netware iprint just downloaded the sp for iprint two week ago and it worked fine now it is not we are getting junk when we print e-mail and just e-mail all other programs work fine.

any help would be great
