When to use Edge-port or No Edge-port RSTP?

Ik know that i've to use an "edge port" in the case the switching device is connected to a hub, pc,server or printer.

But what i've to do in the case of trunking (Trk1)of links A1 and A2?

Or in the case two switches are linked together?

Is there a general definition when to use a port of a switch as an "edge" or "non-edge port"?
